All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. During this period, we:

  • Review customisation inputs (if applicable)

  • Prepare, manufacture, and package your product

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom-made or personalized products may require additional preparation time depending on the complexity of the design.

  • During high-demand periods such as sales, festivals, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Timelines

We offer multiple shipping options to ensure flexibility and convenience:

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch

  • Suitable for most serviceable locations across India

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch

  • Available only for select pin codes and locations

Additional Information:

  • Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Shipping partners may include third-party logistics providers.

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Transport or courier disruptions

    • Remote location accessibility

    • Government restrictions or public holidays

Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on orders above ₹499

  • Flat Fee: A charge of ₹49 is applied to orders below ₹499

Note:

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Additional charges (if any) for remote or non-serviceable areas will be communicated prior to dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to:

  • Monitor real-time shipment status

  • Check estimated delivery date

  • Contact the courier partner if needed

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

6. Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full address with correct pin code

  • Valid contact number

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.
