Return and Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

All our products are custom-made and personalised according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Due to this unique nature:

  • Products cannot be reused or resold once manufactured.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

  • Customers are requested to carefully review all details, including text, images, size, colour, and design inputs before confirming the order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is made exclusively for you and is therefore non-returnable under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Return/Replacement)

We only consider returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear defect such as damage, faulty material, or poor finishing.

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: The item received does not match the specifications confirmed in your order (e.g., wrong design, text, size, or product type).

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a return or replacement under the above exceptions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear evidence, including:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the defect or mismatch

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Verification Process

Once your request is received:

  • Our team will review the submitted details.

  • We may request additional information if required.

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: A new product will be manufactured and shipped at no additional cost.

  • Refund: In cases where replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued to your original payment method.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Important Notes

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to screen differences or handcrafted processes are not considered defects.

  • Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
